Return and Refund Policy
We are so confident in our products, that we back them up with a 60-day money back guarantee.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with DECIBEL DEFENSE, simply return the products in their original condition and packaging. The 60-day period starts at the time the product is delivered. We will refund you 100% of the products’ price – excluding return shipping charges.
Additionally, customers may be required to pay for shipping for any replacements or replacement parts.
How to return?
We do not cover return shipping, but we do reimburse original shipping charge.

We do not need the original packaging, just the undamaged earmuff.
If a customer inputs an incorrect shipping address, the customer is responsible for the cost of additional postage.
If package is deemed undeliverable by the shipping service or the package is "returned to sender", the price of shipping will be subtracted from the refund amount.
