    If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with DECIBEL DEFENSE, simply return the products in their original condition. 

    Return Options:

    1. If the customer provides their own return shipping, 100% of the original purchase price will be refunded.
    2. If Decibel Defense provides the return shipping, THE COST OF THE LABEL WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND AMOUNT. 

    Additional Notes:

    1. Before we can create a return shipping label, you must provide the weight and dimensions of the package being returned so we can calculate the appropriate shipping cost.
    2. For any replacements or replacement parts, customers may be required to pay for shipping.

    How to return?

    A return shipping label can be provided upon request, or the customer can return units to:

    We do not need the original packaging, just the undamaged earmuff.

    If a customer inputs an incorrect shipping address, the customer is responsible for the order and its associated costs. 

    If package is deemed undeliverable by the shipping service or the package is "returned to sender", the price of shipping will be subtracted from the refund amount.
