    We take hearing protection seriously and stand behind every product we make with a straightforward, common-sense warranty.

    What You Should Know Up Front

    • We provide a one-time replacement of earmuffs or earmuff parts at no charge.
    • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, and we do not reimburse shipping expenses.
    • After the one-time replacement has been used, additional replacements or parts will require purchase.
    • Applies to customers in the United States only.

    Warranty Coverage

    This Limited Warranty applies only to physical products purchased from Decibel Defense and covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

    What We Offer

    During the lifetime warranty period, we will repair or replace defective products or components at no charge (one-time replacement per customer) using new or refurbished parts.

    Exclusions

    This warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear (including ear cushion wear over time)
    • Damage from improper use, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
    • Loss, theft, or damage from natural disasters
    • Improper maintenance or external conditions
    • Shipping costs associated with warranty claims

    How to Request Warranty Service

    1. Email us at contact@decibeldefense.com to report the issue
    2. Provide photos of the damage (required for replacement)
      • If photos cannot be provided, the item may be mailed at the customer’s expense
    3. Include your Order ID from Amazon or our website
