Thank you for your interest in the products and services of DECIBEL DEFENSE.
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only physical goods, purchased from DECIBEL DEFENSE.
What does this Limited Warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, DECIBEL DEFENSE will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
This Limited Warranty is limited to ONE REPLACEMENT per customer. Any subsequent replacements will be subject to shipping and handling charges that must be paid to Decibel Defense by the customer before any replacement parts or replacement units are shipped.
The Limited Warranty only applies to customers in the USA. Customers outside of the USA will need to pay shipping for the REPLACEMENT.
What will we do to correct problems?
DECIBEL DEFENSE will either replace the Product at no charge, or repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts (LIMIT ONE PER CUSTOMER, USA ONLY).
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from DECIBEL DEFENSE is lifetime.
A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 365 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is shorter.
What does this Limited Warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
- conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
- damage resulting from improper maintenance
- damage resulting from natural disasters
- theft of a product
- loss of a product
- damage resulting from negligence
- damage resulting from unauthorized modification of a product
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Second, you MUST take pictures of any and all damage, and email those pictures to us at email@example.com. Without pictures, no replacements will be will be shipped. In the event that the customer is unable to take and submit pictures, the customer may contact Decibel Defense for an address that they can mail their earmuffs to. The expense of shipping the earmuffs to Decibel Defense will not be covered or reimbursed. Lastly, the customer MUST provide an Order ID, whether from Amazon or from our website.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state to state.
Decibel Defense reserve the right to cancel, alter or modify the terms of The Warranty at any time with zero notifications, warnings or alerts.
